You know the importance of having someone on the ground to oversee all the day to day requirements, especially in the build up to an event. We will liaise constantly with event companies and their project managers to ensure that everything is in place before their guests arrive.
You will have your own personal destination manager to co-ordinate your entire event, we will arrange for all your ground transportation requirements, make suggestions and book restaurants and evening entertainment, as well as arranging all the welcome gifts and packs etc.
Most importantly because we come from a hotel background, we will visit the hotel in the days and weeks leading up to the event to go over all the arrangements with the hotels conference and banqueting staff on your behalf, to insure that everything is perfect
