London Concierge Services was founded in 2007 by John Bird who had a long & successful career in London’s 5 star hotel industry.

John worked at London’s Dorchester Hotel one of the worlds finest establishments where he came into contact with many heads of state, captains of industry & high profile personalities. He left there with exemplary references which we offer to disclose to any new potential client.

It was during this time that he found he was being asked for more and more requests by London residents as opposed to hotel guests which led him to establish London Concierge Services.

Unlike some concierge services we offer a very personal service and aim to deliver any request no matter how obscure.
