We took a membership with London Concierge Services having moved from Germany to England for my husband’s profession. Having a lifestyle manager makes things like going out for dinner or obtaining tickets to a sold out concert so much easier. I was previously a member of a large well known concierge services, but I found myself frequently disappointed in the manner they responded to tasks I gave them: They failed to take ownership of my requests, but seemed to score records in the number of emails and telephone calls addressed to me. When I met John Bird, I knew instantly that he had a very different approach: John very quickly gets a sense of how you tick and takes care of the tasks you give him in a way which is as close as possible to how you would work on them yourself.
